30g Gorgonzola cheese (mild)
20g butter
70-100ml double cream
garlic clove, pressed down with the side of a knife
dried chilli (optional)
parmesan
pecan nuts
In a pan, melt the butter, add Gorgonzola, double cream and garlic. Bring to a boil and simmer for few minutes, until you have a thicker sauce. Add chilli (if using), and take out the garlic. Let cool down for a bit.
Stretch out your dough and spread the Gorgonzola sauce over. Sprinkle over parmesan cheese and bake.
Crush the pecan nuts and sprinkle over your pizza.
